Exceeded Expectations
Dear Josh and Jordan,
We would like to thank you and the whole Artisan crew for helping to build our dream home. The large diameter Western Red Cedar logs are absolutely stunning and the five finger family tree is a real conversation piece. It is obvious that much care and thought were taken in choosing the many character logs throughout the home.
When Josh, George and Mikey came out to reassemble the log package, we were impressed with the knowledge, workmanship and care that were shown. We had a lot of fun working together that week.
Before we chose a builder we spent many hours researching and visiting log home companies throughout BC and in the end were very happy that we teamed up with Artisan Custom Log Homes for our Post & Beam project. You exceeded our expectations in quality and workmanship. Thanks guys!
Impressive and Beautiful
Josh answered our questions quickly and informatively and recommended an architect to draw up the Post & Beam plans that we had a great experience with. Even though we were 1600 miles from Josh and never met him or saw their log yard, through written and spoken communication and sharing of pictures of the active process, we had a high level of comfort with his business to proceed with a staged plan. Josh communicated well, staging the payments and process to mitigate risk, and sending pictures and regular phone calls describing each step.
Once the structure was complete, he and George flew to Arizona and assembled it over the course of three days. They worked quickly and effectively. Over a course of seven months from interest to built structure, not only are we elated with the product as impressive and beautiful, but the experience of working with Artisan Log and Timber Homes has been pleasurable and we’d happily recommend them to anyone interested in building a log home.
Children’s Ranch
Artisan has worked on many log home construction projects located at our Children’s ranch. The post and beam Chalet is an amazing fixture at our camp. We highly recommended Artisan to undertake any log or timber project you can dream of. They are a pleasure to work with.
Zero Damage
On September 13th 2008, Hurricane Ike tore through our home town of Santa Fe Texas. The 110 mph winds leveled our property blowing over 78 trees, 3 power poles and knocking out power and telephone for 13 days! Our log house built by Artisan, took it like a battleship, there was zero damage to our house and our post and beam garage. Thank you Artisan for building us an indestructible house and a safe haven for our family.
